Comes complete with the following:

-Upstairs room with working door and window and wall/ceiling/floor extensions to increase the size. Note: Has trap door in floor of main section for dumping victims.

-Barber chair with dump mechanism that raises the seat and folds the foot pad down so the customer can slide through the trap door.

-Folding straight razor, pitcher and basin, oil lamp, and perfume bottles for the barber's table.

-A storage trunk that opens and closes with working latch.

-Space heater with top and bottom doors that open for burning evidence.

-Exterior walls for main room for shots through the window.

-I even supply the barber with a full set of clothes.

For Poser 5 thru 7. Should work in D|S but dynamic hair on character will  not show.
